ServicePlus Fees
The annual fees for ServicePlus result from the basic value of the software (SBV) multiplied by the SBV-dependent factor, assuming a minimum value of CHF 300.- per year.

The SBV is the sum of the list prices of all programs and options of a customer. The following should be noted:
- Discounts for multiple licenses and order amount discounts will not be considered.
- Surcharges for network licenses are considered.
- Service options and rental licenses are not considered.
- Only licenses starting with generation 7 will be considered.
- For licenses that exist in several generations, only the latest generation will be considered.
The factor is defined as follows:
