I defined a hinge line in Y direction. Why do I get reinforcement moments in X direction over the hinge line?

The moments mx actually do vanish but not the mxy which also contribute to then reinforcement moments. This is also the case along the edges of a plate where the torsional moments as well have to be considered for the reinforcement.
