How can I print on a desired paper format from the CubusViewer?

Standard procedure:

1. Make sure the printer can be used from your workstation by printing something on it with another program in the desired paper format.
2. In the CubusViewer: Make sure the desired printer is selected (menu File) and the paper size is set correctly (menu File > Setup page...).

If it doesn't work, try the following procedure:

1. Close all Cubus programs.
2. Windows > Control Panel > Printers...: Use the context menu of the desired printer (right mouse button) to make it the default printer.
3. Again via the context menu select 'printing preferences' and set the desired paper size.
4. In the CubusViewer: Get the 'Setup page...' dialog (menu 'File > Setup page...'), define a new document style (e.g. 'myA0') and select the same paper format as in 3.
