How do I change the decimal symbol to decimal point?

If the Cubus application programs use the decimal comma as the decimal symbol even though the decimal point is set in the Windows 'Region and Language' settings proceed as follows:

1. Open the dialog 'Region and Language' via the Windows Control Panel.
2. Switch the format to 'English (United States)' in the tabsheet 'Formats'.
3. Click on the 'Additional settings' button and set the decimal symbol to decimal point in the 'Customize Format' dialog.
4. Leave the dialogs 'Customize Format' und 'Region und Language' with 'OK'.
5. Check if the Cubus application programs use the correct decimal symbol now.
6. Set back your region and language format to your original one.
7. Check if the Cubus application programs still use the correct decimal symbol.
