Update Service Fees

The annual fee for the Update Service is derived from then base value of the software (SBV) multiplied by a factor depending on the SBV. The minimum fee is CHF 200.- p.a.

Update Service Fee = Factor * SBV

The SBV is the sum of the list prices of all program modules owned by a client, whereby the following should be noted:

additional charges and discounts are not considered (A-license prices only)
network surcharges are considered
service options and rented licenses are not considered
programs of generation 6 or older are not considered
if there are licenses of more than one generation for a module, only the one of the latest generation is accounted for
