I have defined a (sub)section by a polygon. Its context menu allows me to move or delete polygon points. However, the options 'Open', 'Insert point' and 'Adjust point' not enabled. How can I add new points to the polygon?

Select the outline of the section and in its context menu the option 'Edit geometry'. The cross section is now displayed as you input it, i.e. it can consist of one or several drawing objects (lines, rectangles, polygons, circles) which can now be selected and modified in the usual way.

Note: When inputting a (sub)section you can use one of the two following groups of drawing objects:

1. Lines and open polygons that all together look like a closed polygon and don't cross each other
2. One or more closed polygons rectangles or circles, which may overlap or touch each other.
