How can I subscribe to a Service contract?

If you purchase software from Cubus AG, you can choose between the variants

ServicePlus
Update-Service

for the maintenance of the programs. A valid service contract is required for the purchase of software from Cubus AG.

The ServicePlus contract authorises you to receive all updates and all upgrades to the following program generations. The Update-Service merely authorises you to receive periodic updates within the same generation (the one you purchased). The change to the following program generations (upgrades) remains chargeable.

If you still have not subscribed to a service contract, you will not be able to download any updates. For the purchase of updates, a valid service contract (ServicePlus or Update-Service) is required. In this case, please contact us: We will gladly send you an offer.
